We got to spend a few days with my parents and sister, Stacy in Utah. On one gorgeous Fall day we took a wonderful drive and then enjoyed the views at Sundance.
The Alpine Loop was fantastic and we saw some incredible colors. It just seemed like everything was bright and beautiful and the Aspen were glowing in the sunlight! We stopped along the route to enjoy things and then had a tailgate lunch at a pullout with stupendous views.
When we reached Sundance we were thrilled to learn the gondolas were still open and that with our ticket we could ride all three to get to the very top! The lift operators were so great about stopping so we could help my dad get on/off (since he's 94) and we all just LOVED seeing the oranges and reds as well as well as the golds.
Of course there was time for cooking, a little crafting, puzzles, evening walks and even a few house projects.
We absolutely loved our time together.
Lovely colors and great family time. Doesn't get better than that!
