Ya I know spending winter in the PNW seems like a bad idea, but we had a great three months and enjoyed a variety of things.
Some of the things I loved about this winter here:
Fantastic variety of incredibly delicious food!
Walks along the riverfront, crossing various bridges (and watching them rise) while catching different views/colors depending on the weather.
Ordering a beer to go and getting it in a canning jar covered in saran wrap!
Frequent walks in Mt Tabor which was really close to our Airbnb. Just such a wonderful large park with great views on clear days. No matter how many times we came here it never got old.
Game nights, hikes, walks in the park, takeout, laughs, good food and long talks with Brian, Kim, Kevin & Heidi.
We sure do love the PNW :) Till next time........
